Delivery

Orders ship within 2-3 working days of purchase. If you need your jewellery sooner please send me a message via the contact form to see if I can ship earlier. I'll always try to help!

Free UK delivery. Jewellery is sent by Royal Mail 1st Class post, or orders over £40 are sent Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For. 

If you'd like to upgrade to next day Special Delivery, please contact me.

International Shipping 

A £5 flat rate for all international purchases. Jewellery is sent by Royal Mail Airmail (International Standard) which takes around 5-10 days to arrive in Europe, and around 1-3 weeks everywhere else.

Gift wrapping

Every purchase comes packaged in the following way

Studs and hoops: on an earring card in a paper bag
Necklaces: on a necklace card in a paper bag
Threaders: in a small bag and paper bag

If you'd like your jewellery boxed, please purchase the Add a gift box listing, you will need to purchase one box per piece of jewellery.

 

Gift messages

To add a gift message just leave me a note at checkout. I'll add your message on a white card which will be inside a small envelope. Prices and receipts aren't included in the parcel.

Recyclable packaging

I've worked hard to make my packaging sustainable and therefore it is plastic-free and recyclable. Here's what my packaging is made up of:

Earring/necklace card: card, easily recyclable
Glassine/paper bag: paper, easily recyclable
Thank you or business cards: card, easily recyclable

Gift box: cardboard box and cotton fill, reusable and recyclable

Postal box: white and brown card, easily recyclable
Labels and tape: paper tape and standard paper label, easily recyclable

Returns

Please contact me if you'd like to arrange a return. 

Earrings are non-refundable unless faulty, and personalised items (not including stacking rings) incur a £5 restocking fee unless faulty. If you would like a resize please contact me to discuss how much this will cost.
